1. Solar Design Engineer, Chennai, India and Manama, Bahrain
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bahrain and Chennai for a Solar Design Engineer. The Solar Design Engineer will work on design and engineering of photovoltaic solar systems and energy storage solutions for commercial and industrial clients, ensure engineering plans, drawings and installation specifications conform to industry standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required, Master’s degree is a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in solar design or related engineering field Proficient in design software and tools such as #AutoCAD, #SketchUp, and #PVSyst
- Knowledge of IEC,National Electric Code (NEC), International Building Code (IBC), and International Fire Code (IFC)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Experience with project management is a plus
- Experience with energy storage systems and grid-connected solar designs is a plus
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards is a plus.

2. Energy Auditor, Manama Bahrain, Saudi
This is a full-time on-site role located in Manama for an Energy Auditor at CGSGreen Sustainergy Pvt. Ltd. or Partner Office. The Energy Auditor will be responsible for conducting energy audits on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings and communicating findings with clients. The Energy Auditor will also develop and implement energy efficiency strategies to reduce energy consumption and costs and comply with relevant environmental regulations.
The ideal Candidate shall be interested in working in Solar & Sustainability Projects as well.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field
- Professional certification in energy management (E.g., CEA, CEM, CMVP, CBCP, etc.) or in any relevant field (E.g., LEED, BREEAM, etc.)
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience in energy management/Energy Audits, building energy audits, or a related field
- Experience in HVAC, lighting, building envelope, and energy modeling
- Knowledge of energy management practices, building codes, and environmental regulations
- Experience with energy audit Equipment and software (E.g., RETScreen, EnergyPlus, eQuest, etc.)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English, both oral and written. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.

3. Energy Auditor, Chennai, India
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an Energy Auditor. The Energy Auditor will be responsible for handling energy efficiency projects and conducting energy audits and assessments on commercial and residential buildings to identify areas of improvement in energy efficiency. They will also provide recommendations on how to optimize energy consumption and reduce wastage while meeting the required regulatory and safety standards. The projects will be inside and outside India.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Energy Management or similar field.
- 1-2+ years of experience in energy auditing and assessments.
- Knowledge of energy audit software and tools.
- Experience in performing energy modelling and analysis.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate complex technical information to clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Kannada and Hindi Language is a must
- Willingness to travel Inside and outside India
